Sebastian Knox 'New Standard' Tenor Sax Mouthpiece

A smaller chamber and longer baffle than the 'traditional' gives this piece a bit more projection and focus whilst maintaining a thick, dark core.

Sebastian says:

"The New Standard is a 70 year old core that has the tightness and the baffle that lets that darker sound come though, but very powerful without breaking up at the extremes. I called it 'New Standard' for the guys coming up in the 90's and 2000's who started playing rubber again and pushed the standard of playing into the 21st century"
